Gratitude = Happiness

After Yoga and meditation or somewhere in between there is a practice of Gratitude. I never thought of how much this little practice will affect my life for better. Fact is that I was having all I wanted when it comes to money and success and I was miserable at the same time. I have started to practice gratitude as a part of my meditation morning routine. After time the effects start playing in. In the beginning I was having hard time to came up with things I am grateful for.. besides the very obvious. After some time I would have moments in a day to appreciate very little things which made me happier in life and happiness is what we are looking for all of us. this little practice over time can change how you experience the same day you are living today. Nothing on the outside need to change for you to feel happier and have better days.
